1. Assemble all data in one central location to reduce the possibility of additional misplaced/lost data and to allow everyone to see what information has been collected and what needs to be researched further. The proposed idea is to create a website that will summarize the aim, focus, goals, and outcome of the project once it is complete (or in further stages of development).

2. Compose a new survey to replace the previous one; a new section addressing housing concerns will be included and further questions about citizens’ health conditions will be included.

3. Organize a meeting with Rolando Guzman from O.U.T.R.A.G.E. and/or other community organizations from the Bronx and North Brooklyn in an effort to cultivate cross-community partnerships aimed at defining and developing solutions to mitigate larger systemic problems in NYC (such as pollution and environmental racism). The goal is to have Rolando and Yolanda meet with a former USP student (Ryan) to expand research on strokes in North Brooklyn and the Bronx.

4. Plan and execute a regional health fair/seminar that summarizes our findings, puts forth policy suggestions, and garners funding and support from local governmental officials and agencies.
